Yes you can.
No. This bottle is not designed for hot liquids. Use only with cold liquids.
Our Stainless Steel double wall vacuum insulated PRO bottle keeps drinks cold up to 24 hours and prevents sweating/condensation. Our odor and shatter resistant Pro Plastic 24oz. bottle is a lightweight uninsulated bottle.
No. This bottle is not for use with carbonated or pulpy beverages.
The bottle can only be connected to one device at a time. If you note issues, completely close the HidrateSpark App "Swipe it off the screen" as backgrounding it will still keep the connection, or turn off bluetooth on the device you do not want it paired to. Then restart the HidrateSpark App on the desired device you would like it to be connected to and it should connect.
The bottle rests entirely on the sensor which is specifically designed to slightly protrude out from the bottom of the bottle in order to measure the weight of the bottle's contents, so there may be slight movement due to this clearance when setting it down. This is expected and allows the sensor to accurately measure the differences in weight when setting it down on a flat surface after you drink. The bottle is stable and not at risk of tipping or being knocked down.
The Sensor Puck and Stainless Steel Body are HAND WASH ONLY. Before washing ALWAYS remove the sensor puck first. Sensor puck must only be cleaned by using a damp cloth. NEVER submerge or put the sensor puck in the sink or dishwasher. NOTE: Lids and Tritan Plastic Body are Top-Rack Dishwasher Safe.
Yes, the lid is BPA free.
We do not recommend putting the bottle in the refrigerator as it can damage the sensor puck.
No, please do not put the bottle and sensor puck in the freezer as that will damage the sensor.

Do not use cleaners containing bleach, chlorine, abrasives and/or harsh chemicals.
Your sensor puck will flash yellow after reset when your battery is running low and will flash red when the battery is extremely low and needs to be charged immediately. (Note: Battery charge lasts around 10-14 days depending on your settings)
To charge, turn the bottle upside down and remove the puck to charge.
Place the puck on a flat surface and attach the magnetic end of the HidrateSpark charging cable to the puck. While charging every other LED on your puck will illuminate and fade in / out (every 10 sec.) green. Once fully charged every other LED on your puck will remain SOLID GREEN. It may take up to a few hours to charge the bottle. After charging and reassembling the bottle, the sensor has to be recalibrated within the app.
NOTE: Please avoid putting the charging cable near metal surfaces when it's not in use. If the cable comes close enough to a metal surface, it may connect to that surface with its magnets and cause damage to the cable
Please DO NOT try charging the bottle with any cables other than the one that came with the bottle as it may damage the sensor!
This is normal. The battery level gets updated several times a day when it is connected with your phone. If your bottle recently glowed or sent data over the battery level can appear to be less than if the battery level is measured when the bottle hasn't been in use. The battery will need a recharge approximately every 10-14 days. The charging time may take up to a few hours.
Around a 10-14 day battery life depending on your settings
The sensor has to be recalibrated each time the Sensor Puck is removed from the bottle. After reassembling the bottle always recalibrate the sensor in the app to get accurate readings.
AND/OR
Recalibrate If you notice your bottle is sending inaccurate readings. This can happen over time due to pressure changes if you are traveling.
AND/OR
Recalibrate Every 2 Weeks to guarantee the most accurate results from your bottle.
The recalibrate option will only appear if the bottle is connected to the app. The bottle should always have the lid on and straw attached (if applicable) during the empty and full state for proper recalibration.
Note: The sensor has to be recalibrated anytime after it's removed from the bottle, including after charging, cleaning, etc. for accurate readings to record.
Recalibration requires the bottle to be filled up completely (to the threads) and sit for 10 seconds to set the max level on the sensor (17, 21, 24, or 32 oz.) Overfilling (water above the threads) or not filling the bottle completely, will cause miscalculation. e.g. if you only filled the bottle halfway (example 10 oz.) the sensor will think it is a full bottle and will likely then double the amount of water, thinking that 10 oz. is actually 20 oz.
For Maximum Glow Visibility, please follow these steps:
Make sure you have the most up-to-date app version.
After you change settings, we suggest closing and reopening the app, just to make sure the new settings get updated on the bottle. When you reopen the app, make sure the Home screen shows Connected.
Lastly, the bottle glows will only happen between your "Wake Up Time" and "Go To Sleep Time". These times should be correctly set from Settings (Gear icon in the lower right hand corner) > Reminders. Select each time to adjust, and when finished, select OK.
PS: Please keep in mind, these maximum glow settings will affect the bottle battery life. If you want to save the bottle's battery life, please select a lower number of glow and turn off "Always remind me". If you already set the maximum glow settings and STILL DON'T SEE THE GLOW, here is a test that you can do to see that the glow notifications are working: 15 Minute Force Glow Test
- If you already set the maximum glow settings (https://hidratespark.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/218630527)
With this test, you will "pretend" that you are only awake for 15 minutes. If you see it glow within that time span, then your bottle is working as it should. This is what happens but spread out throughout the day during your awake time, so you may miss the glow if you are not looking at the bottle and if it is not within your line of sight when it glows.
Again, please go back to your Reminders and change your awake time, and go back to Goal to change both back to normal afterwards. Please make sure to close the app and re-open it afterwards to make sure that the correct settings are saved.
To reset your sensor puck, you need to unscrew the sensor puck from the bottom of the bottle, place it on a flat surface and press the Orange/Blue RESET button near the area where you connect the magnetic charging cord.
After the reset you should see three green flashes if everything is fine with the sensor puck.
Note: After reassembling the bottle, the sensor has to be recalibrated within the app.
For a NEW HidrateSpark PRO (formerly STEEL) bottle, you first must remove the Sensor Puck on the bottom of the bottle to fully charge the battery by turning the bottle upside down and screwing the puck counter clockwise to the body. Then place the puck on a flat surface and attach the magnetic end of the HidrateSpark charging cable to the puck. While charging every other LED on your puck will illuminate and fade in / out (every 10 sec.) green. Once fully charged every other LED on your puck will remain SOLID GREEN. It may take up to a few hours to charge the bottle.
To assemble the puck to the body after charging, turn the bottle upside down and screw in the puck clockwise to the body. Make sure the puck is fully assembled and secured to the body to ensure accurate readings.
DO NOT overload or squeeze the sensor puck as it can damage internal electronics.
Each time upon sensor puck reassembly, we recommend recalibrating your sensor within the app.
NOTE: Please avoid putting the charging cable near metal surfaces when it's not in use. If the cable comes close enough to a metal surface, it may connect to that surface with its magnets and cause damage to the cable

NEVER submerge or put the sensor puck in water or the dishwasher.
